The packing bench sits behind the shop floor, which is why the cut-off times below are real ones.
Where we ship
The whole of the United States, Alaska and Hawaii among them. There is no international service.
What it costs
Shipping costs nothing on orders of $75.00 and over. Under that, a single $9.99 covers the parcel however heavy.
The number in the cart is the number you pay. There is no post-order surcharge.
How long it takes
- Picking and packing take 1–2 business days.
- The carrier takes 3–7 business days on standard service.
- End to end that is 4–9 business days.
The counts above are business days; an evening order starts on the next one.

Tracking
Email carries the tracking number at the first scan; Track Your Order does the same job in a browser.
If the address is wrong
We do not amend addresses. If the carrier cannot deliver, the parcel returns here and goes out again at the usual rate once corrected.
Damage or loss
Damage or non-arrival should reach us within a week. We open the claim; you are not left chasing a carrier.
Images of the carton help, but no claim is refused for want of them.
What we do not offer
Collection, same-day service and timed windows are all outside what we offer. Ask before ordering if you need one.
