Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee here, only a cut-off point.
Before dispatch
Email [email protected] or ring (773) 818-1520. Provided picking has not started, the refund is complete and arrives within 5–7 business days.
About 12 hours on a working day, in practical terms. We do not promise past that point.
After dispatch
Once it has shipped, the carrier controls it. Refuse the delivery or return the item afterwards.
We refund a refused delivery once it returns, keeping only the outbound shipping if any was paid.
Partial cancellation
Drop a line if the order is still on the shelf. We will say what that does to the shipping before acting.
When we cancel
If we cannot supply, you get the money back and a real explanation rather than a silent substitution.
Subscriptions and back-orders
Reynoso Sport Shop takes one-off payments only. Anything on back-order can be cancelled at any point before dispatch.
